Advina is a decentralized prediction market platform that allows users to create and participate in prediction markets using cryptocurrency. Our services include market creation, position trading, and market resolution.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, complying with all applicable laws, providing accurate information, and using the platform for lawful purposes only. You must not use our platform for fraudulent or deceptive activities.
4. Trading Rules and Market Resolution
All trades are final when executed. Markets are resolved based on verifiable data sources and predetermined criteria. Resolution decisions are final and cannot be contested after the dispute period. Users must understand the risks involved in trading prediction markets.
5. Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. An account is required to access trading features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: market manipulation, using bots or automation without authorization, engaging in money laundering, creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage, attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities, sharing account information with third parties.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to market resolutions must be raised within the specified dispute period. We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes based on available evidence. For other disputes, users agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Advina is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from trades, technical failures, hacks, or other issues beyond our reasonable control. You acknowledge that trading prediction markets involves financial risk.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
